The bakery is headed up by Vicky Robertson, a very talented baker. Vicky is passionate about delivering high quality gluten free cakes and makes. Developed of several years, Vicky has a very high profile wholesale customer list already under her belt and some very bold ambitions to grow and expand into supplying high profile retailers.

 The bakery will also feature a retail counter.
