When the world changed of recent, it realigned our business and forced us to focus on the things we were extremely passionate about, cooking in front of people that loved to eat great food whilst watching the addictive circus that is the kitchen.
After an extremely successful customer-facing restaurant in kettering, we thought it would be time to share it with you here! Restaurant ember is all about amazing food, stripped back and focusing on a more analogue approach, fewer gadgets just pure touch and feel, a style of food that will stand tall and not fade away with the next fad.
We take inspiration from the bbq culture across the world, expect scandinavian, japanese & argentinian influences.
